Ich begleite Menschen im Privaten sowie im Unternehmenskontext, indem ich einen Raum der spielerischen Reflexion biete. In diesem Raum stehe ich mit meiner systemischen Haltung und mit einem reichen Methodenkoffer einfühlsam und souverän zur Seite, was zu Umdenken, Erkenntnisgewinn, Leichtigkeit und Wachstum führt, und meine Klienten zum aktiven Gestalter des eigenen Kontextes ermächtigt.

Mein Standort auf Mallorca bietet die Möglichkeit außerhalb des bekannten Umfelds in einem Walk & Talk Setting in der Natur, oder in einem Retreat bzw einem Finca-Hotel zu arbeiten und eine unvergessliche Erfahrungswelt zu erschaffen. Ich coache in deutscher, spanischer und katalanischer Sprache.

Mit Laura von Skill E sense verbindet mich ein immer wieder tief inspirierender Austausch, unsere systemische Haltung und die Liebe für die gemeinsame Arbeit auf Mallorca. Alles kann, nichts muss.

In my work, I support managers and teams in improving their collaboration and utilizing their strengths. I focus on developing an effective leadership presence according to the motto: emotionally intelligent leadership. As a sparring partner, I assist in recognizing and effectively utilizing your own ressources. Working solely on weaknesses leads to compromise and average performance. By focusing on strengths, enthusiasm and success can flourish. My way of working is clear, honest, pragmatic and appreciative.

Before becoming a consultant, I worked as a project manager for a DAX-listed company, where I headed up the global leadership academy. Since then, the design of sustainable learning processes has been an important foundation of my work. With my background as a graduate psychologist, systemic organizational consultant (SWF) and coach (DBVC), I have a broad repertoire of methods for facilitation and change management.

As an expert in sustainable cultural change, I am particularly interested in helping organizations to shape their corporate culture in a sustainable way.

The collaboration of tomorrow needs fresh ways of thinking and acting that combine enthusiasm, success and humanity – for a future worth living and a meaningful working environment.

Anja Rabe

From the beginning of my professional development, I have, among other things,  enjoyed working with organization, project management and communication, both practically and structurally/strategically. In the process of the recent years I have become very familiar with the broad field of “human resources”. The context of personnel services has given me many relevant insights into the practised working methods and effectiveness of HR departments, the nature of company processes and structures as well as the open mindedness to make decisions and take risks buttom-up and top-down. Conclusion: There is still enough room for improvement! Accordingly, there is an urgent need for action in order to be prepared for all the challenges that “new work”, globalization, change & co will undoubtedly continue to hold in store.

In collaborating with skillesense, luckily now I am able to combine this experience, my skills and a great deal of passion for these topics to create a useful whole. My guiding principle is always: What is claimed must actually be proven!

Dr. Esther Konieczny 

As an experienced consultant for innovation, agile methods, self-organization and new work, I have accompanied companies and non-profit organizations in phases of upheaval and change. In co-creative and collaborative settings, I develop new product and service offerings or a new organizational design with my customers in order to be able to survive as an organization and as a human being in the digital frenzy. In 2017 I founded the Berlin consultancy Kobold | Co-founded Purpose Design & Innovation. I have been working as a freelancer since September 2019 and prefer to work flexibly in different constellations with inspiring colleagues. In my work, I place a special focus on topics of social and sustainable transformation and all issues related to New Work.

The way we are working not only concerns me professionally, but also in my voluntary work. I am a co-founder and chairwoman of the association Fair für Kinder. In this role, I am committed to a diverse family image and the recognition of care work as a relevant and equal part work. Politically, I fight to overcome family, child and maternal poverty.

My sole professional interest: virtual intercultural teamwork and leadership. In my work I support international virtual teams in building cross-cultural trust, creating a positive interactive context and really coming together despite physical distance.

I am in my element interacting with people in the cross-cultural virtual space. My natural curiosity about leaders from other cultures seems to help these leaders open up and share their insights with me and be open to perspectives I might offer. I perform as a kind of conduit; I observe, probe, filter and translate. Through my work I am always learning; things are always unpredictable, and I am fortunate enough to frequently experience a feeling of flow and significance in the work I do.

2006 brachte Laura Schwan von skill E sense und mich ein glücklicher Zufall für ein Coaching zusammen. Heute verbinden uns vertrauensvolle Zusammenarbeit, die Liebe zu unserem Beruf und Freundschaft. Coaching is a very personal process that hones perception, broadens perspective, and strengthens the ability to act. In this, we support you holistically and individually. Sometimes,we need a neutral partner who gives us impulses, supports us, asks the right questions, or opens up new perspectives. As psychologists, coaches, and above all as people and good listeners, we assist you in sorting through topics, making decisions, achieving your own goals and vision – and in increasing your well-being. We are psychologists trained in systems theories, and take asolution and resource-oriented approach to our work. We have no standard agenda when working with you-it is about your needs, your wishes, and your challenges. Together, we work to bring you closer to your goals and create space for your intuition and your potential.

Where and how?

• Just give us a call and make an appointment for a 30-minute free, initial consultation.

• During this time, we will explore your concerns, the goals of the coaching process, mutual expectations, as well as possible approaches. We draw froma diverse array of coaching methods.

• Do you travel frequently for professional reasons and depend on our flexibility? We offer coaching at your location, in our offices in Berlin Mitte, as well as sessions by telephone or Skype.

• We are also flexible with regard to timing. Depending on your needs, we can offer you 15 minute perspective change sessions orin-depth 120 minute sessions. We are also available forevening and weekend appointments. If you (individually or as a group) wish to work on your topics in a focused manner over a longer timeframe, we will facilitate this, for example, duringone of our coaching weekends.

• We also offer in-housecoaching certification programmes for entire organizational units. These last between 6 months and 1.5 years, depending on the requirements and target group.

We do not only want to impart knowledge in our trainings, but also to immediately translate this knowledge into practical skills for our clients’ everyday life. For this reason, we always design our trainings to enable direct experience in real time, professionally (as well as privately). After many years in the training business, we have tried out and further developed various models, concepts and methods in different contexts and countries and looked at what makes the most sense for which target group.

We are always present with our heart and soul! Therefore, we never neglect fun and a sense of humour in our seminars!
So that we can tailor a suitable and individual solution for you, we value a detailed clarification of expectations in advance. The translation of what has been learnt into everyday working life is already addressed in the seminar (e.g. through targeted transfer exercises and learning partners) and also ensured afterwards by need-based support (e.g. through follow-up discussions or coaching).
