In a world characterized by constant change, I support individuals, teams, and organizations through transformation processes with an agile mindset, deep empathy, and a systemic perspective. My work is based on genuine connection and relationship with people, combined with strategic thinking. I truly believe that development only succeeds when people mobilize their resources to achieve self-efficacy. I love diving deeply into topics related to economics, agile methodologies, systemic approaches, and their interrelationships.

I am a creative thinker and support the development of customized and resource-oriented solutions. I act as a sparring partner, helping to generate ideas, create or redesign structures, and translate visions not just into beautiful concepts, but to put into concrete forms so they can be really implemented.

As an Agile Coach in the IT and E-Commerce sector with over five years of experience in agile transformation processes, I am equally familiar with Scrum and Kanban and support teams and leaders through change, growth, and realignment. With more than seven years of leadership experience, I understand the challenges of being a leader, especially at the operational level and in middle management. My methodological foundation is based on my further education as a systemic coach (DGSF) and my qualification as a systemic constellation facilitator. In my work, I combine systemic coaching, organizational constellations, change management, and conflict mediation into a holistic approach. Maintaining the ability to act effectively, even in challenging situations, is particularly important to me, which is why resilience is a key aspect of my work. I coach leaders, support teams in development processes, and help organizations develop sustainable solutions. As an accredited INQA coach, I also work on future-proof work and organizational models.

As a mother of one child and with my own experience in patchwork family systems, I know how complex life realities can be. This perspective shapes my work, as does my many years of experience in leadership, coaching, and change management.
