I combine systemic coaching with 15 years of experience in the economy. As an employee and manager, I have experienced various phases of change and am very familiar with the balancing act in middle management. Thus, I bring in-depth coaching expertise to the table as well as a profound understanding of the dynamics, areas of tension and opportunities in everyday corporate routines.
