In my work, I support managers and teams in improving their collaboration and utilizing their strengths. I focus on developing an effective leadership presence according to the motto: emotionally intelligent leadership. As a sparring partner, I assist in recognizing and effectively utilizing your own ressources. Working solely on weaknesses leads to compromise and average performance. By focusing on strengths, enthusiasm and success can flourish. My way of working is clear, honest, pragmatic and appreciative.

Before becoming a consultant, I worked as a project manager for a DAX-listed company, where I headed up the global leadership academy. Since then, the design of sustainable learning processes has been an important foundation of my work. With my background as a graduate psychologist, systemic organizational consultant (SWF) and coach (DBVC), I have a broad repertoire of methods for facilitation and change management.

As an expert in sustainable cultural change, I am particularly interested in helping organizations to shape their corporate culture in a sustainable way.
